1. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old and able to form a binding contract to use Pilot. If you're using Pilot on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

2. Your account

You're responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Pilot to:

• Violate any law or third-party rights
• Generate or distribute spam, deceptive, or malicious content
• Circumvent rate limits, security controls, or terms of any connected social platform
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code

4. AI-generated content

Pilot generates content with AI based on prompts and brand information you provide. You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and publishing AI-generated content. You retain ownership of content you publish through Pilot.

5. Subscription & billing

Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. Cancel anytime from account settings. We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on new subscriptions.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may cancel your account at any time.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is." We don't warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Connected social platforms may change their APIs without notice.
